"Gabe and I would like to thank you for the absolutely phenomenal job that you and your team did. The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I cannot tell you how many people came up to me during the wedding (and after the wedding) and simply raved about the delicious food. Now I am not an expert, but I have been to a fair share of weddings, and I have never seen a reaction to the food like the one at our wedding. So, again, I would like to profusely thank you for everything. Every single dish was absolutely perfect and YUMMY!! We cannot thank you enough.
